Does coffee promote weight loss?

I'm trying to lose weight and have started working out regularly. I heard that coffee can help boost metabolism and promote weight loss. Is this true, and if so, how much should I be drinking?

Black coffee can slightly boost your metabolism and suppress appetite for a short time, which is helpful. But practically speaking, if you don't combine it with a calorie deficit diet and proper exercise, it won't promote any real weight loss.

Please be careful about this. I started drinking excessive black coffee on an empty stomach to lose weight and ended up with severe acidity and stomach ulcers. It is always safer to consult a doctor or a certified nutritionist before trying such diet hacks.

Yes, black coffee can definitely give your metabolism a tiny boost! ☕️ Just make sure to drink it without sugar and pair it with a fun daily workout. You've got this! 👍

Honestly, black coffee is my savior during exam season and it definitely keeps my late-night cravings in check. It helps a bit with weight loss, but only if you aren't ordering those sweet iced lattes with extra whipped cream!

I used to panic that drinking coffee with a bit of milk would ruin my diet, but then I realized it's completely normal. You don't have to drink bitter black coffee to lose weight. Just keep your overall daily calories in check.

I have been drinking black coffee twice a day to lose weight, but lately it is making me feel really jittery and anxious. Has anyone else felt this way? I am wondering if I should stop completely.
