Does cloves help with weight loss?

My doctor told me to try and lose some weight for my blood pressure. I was talking to a colleague who said adding cloves to my diet might help. Is there any truth to this?

My teenage daughter started drinking clove water because her friends told her it burns fat fast. I had to explain to her that while cloves improve digestion, they won't magically reduce weight. I make sure she eats proper home-cooked meals and stays active instead of relying on such trends.

Cloves are very good for improving your digestion and overall metabolism. You can easily add them to your daily tea or warm water. Just take it easy and focus on a healthy routine.

Honestly, don't stress too much about these magic weight-loss ingredients. Cloves are great for bloating and digestion, but they won't melt fat overnight. Just enjoy your meals, go for walks, and keep things simple!

I once kept trying home remedies like cloves and cinnamon water to lose weight, ignoring that my sudden weight gain was actually due to a medical condition. Don't make my mistake. If your weight is fluctuating weirdly, please get a proper blood test done instead of self-managing.

Cloves give an amazing flavor to biryani and tea, and yes, they do help speed up digestion after a heavy meal. But if we are talking about actual weight loss, we still have to say no to those extra gulab jamuns!

I tried the whole clove-water trend last semester during exams because I was sitting all day. It didn't make me lose weight, but it definitely helped with the stomach bloating from eating canteen food. It's decent for digestion but that's about it.
