Does chlorophyll help with weight loss?

I've been trying to lose some weight, and my friend suggested adding liquid chlorophyll to my water. She claims it has many health benefits, including helping with weight loss. Is there any truth to this claim, or is it just a fad?

Honestly yaar, these internet trends are so exhausting. I tried those chlorophyll drops for a month and actually saw zero change in my weight. It is just hyped up on social media; normal home food and daily walks work much better.

True health and weight management come from natural living, proper breathing, and a clean diet. Chlorophyll from fresh green leafy vegetables is wonderful for overall digestion and vitality. However, rely on daily yoga and simple home-cooked meals rather than fancy liquid extracts.

I fell for the chlorophyll trend last year hoping for an easy shortcut to lose 10 kgs. Trust me, it does absolutely nothing for weight loss on its own. The only thing that worked for me was tracking my calories and reducing sugar. Save your money.

Eat the greens that nature provides with gratitude and peace in your heart. Chlorophyll in fresh spinach or mint is nourishing, but do not obsess over weight loss drops. Take care of your mind, and your body will find its natural balance.

There is no strong scientific evidence proving that chlorophyll supplements cause weight loss. Before starting any concentrated green supplements, please consult a qualified general physician or dietitian, as they can sometimes affect your kidneys or stomach.

Haan na, everyone on Instagram is drinking that green water nowadays. But weight loss is not that simple na? Just eating fresh methi and palak daily gives you enough natural chlorophyll anyway, no need for expensive bottles.
