Does celsius cause weight loss?

I'm trying to cut down on my overall weight, and I'm looking for anything that can give me a boost. My gym instructor suggested trying Celsius. Does Celsius cause weight loss directly, or is it just an energy booster?

Yaar, Celsius won't magically melt your fat away while you sit on the couch. It just keeps you wide awake and running on caffeine. I guess if you stay too busy running around instead of sleeping, you might lose some weight, but it's not a shortcut.

I was checking the ingredients constantly because I worry about metabolic changes. It has green tea extract and caffeine which can temporarily speed up your metabolism, but please don't depend only on this for weight loss. Make sure you are eating enough nutrients so you don't feel weak.

Let's be real, no single drink causes weight loss. Celsius just gives you an energy spike so you can work out harder at the gym. If your overall diet is bad, drinking ten cans of Celsius won't help you lose even half a kilo.

Haan, log kehte toh hain ki isse fat burn hota hai, par sirf Celsius peene se weight loss thodi na hoga! Jab tak gym mein thoda pasina nahi bahaoge aur paranthe kam nahi karoge, tab tak kuch nahi hone wala.

Don't stress too much about these fancy drinks, bro! Celsius is just a tool to help you stay active, it is not a magic potion. Just enjoy your workouts, eat clean, and if you like the taste, have it occasionally.

Celsius is basically a thermogenic drink that might slightly increase calorie burn during workouts. But as a vegetarian, I prefer focusing on high-protein meals like paneer and sprouts for sustainable weight loss rather than relying on liquid stimulants.

My college-going son started drinking these energy drinks thinking he would lose weight fast. I had to sit him down and explain that real health comes from home-cooked food and regular running, not from packaged drinks with high caffeine. Please take care of your health first.

These imported drinks are quite expensive and not a practical long-term solution for weight loss. Instead of spending money on Celsius, just cut down on your daily sugar and tea, and walk 5,000 steps daily. That is free and actually works.

I tried Celsius to help with my diet, but honestly, it just made me more hungry after the caffeine rush faded. It has zero calories, sure, but my cravings for biryani didn't go away! You still have to control your food habits.

For shedding weight, nothing beats warm water with lemon in the morning and a simple walk. These packaged drinks might give quick results but they are full of artificial ingredients. If you ever feel severe heart racing or dizziness after drinking them, please see a doctor immediately.
