Does cellulite reduce with weight loss?

I've been on a healthy diet and exercise regimen for a few months now, and I've lost some weight. I'm wondering what kind of impact this will have on my cellulite. Does cellulite reduce with weight loss, or is it more stubborn than that?

I was reading up on skin structure and apparently, cellulite is just normal fat pressing through connective tissue. So yes, reducing overall fat percentage through weight loss should naturally reduce its appearance.

If your joints are fine and your doctor allows, brisk walking for 45 minutes daily is a great start. It helps burn fat and gradually reduces cellulite over time.

Don't waste money on expensive anti-cellulite creams or clinical treatments. Just focus on a free running routine and basic home workouts, which cost nothing and help you lose weight naturally.

Cellulite is harmless, but if you have sudden painful lumps or skin color changes, please get it checked by a doctor to rule out any infection.

Yes, it reduces, but you need to build muscle underneath to really smooth out the skin. Focus on compound movements like squats and lunges alongside a clean diet.
