Does cardio help with weight loss?

I've started going to the gym to lose some weight, and my trainer says I should focus on cardio. I really want to know if cardio is actually effective for weight loss. How much does cardio help?

I used to worry constantly if my heart rate was in the exact fat-burning zone during cardio, which made me so anxious. Cardio definitely helps with burning calories, but please don't stress over the numbers too much, just do what feels comfortable.

Before joining any expensive gym for cardio, I just started doing brisk walking in the park and climbing stairs at home. Combining that with simple warm ginger water in the morning really helped me shed those extra kilos naturally.

I know how frustrating it is to sweat on the treadmill for hours and see no change on the scale. Cardio does help, but please be patient with your body and don't let the slow progress break your spirit.

Yes, cardio is amazing for burning fat and keeping your energy high! Just 30 minutes of running or dancing to your favorite Bollywood songs daily can make a huge difference in your weight loss journey.

I used to panic when I didn't lose weight after doing cardio for a week. Later, I realized that weight loss takes time and a good diet, and once I stayed consistent with my walks, the results came naturally.

At my age, chasing the bus feels like intense cardio, but it definitely helps keep the belly in check. Just start with simple walking before you try any heavy running, or your knees will complain louder than your weight scale.
