Look, these expensive oils are not necessary. Just basic portion control and avoiding sweets will save you money and help you lose weight. If you want, you can use normal kalonji seeds from your kitchen shelf in warm water, no need to buy fancy oils.

I tried black seed oil for a month. It tastes pretty bad and did absolutely nothing for my weight. Proper calorie tracking and hitting the gym is the only real way to shed fat, guys.

I have been reading a lot of articles online about kalonji oil benefits for belly fat. I haven't tried it yet, but it seems interesting. Let me know if anyone here has actually lost real weight with it!

Listen, there is no magic oil in the market. Black seed oil is healthy, but if you eat vada pav daily, no oil can save you. Fix your daily meals first, then think about these extra things.

Honestly, don't stress too much about finding the perfect oil or supplement for weight loss. Enjoy your home food, go for a fun dance class or walk, and maybe add a few drops of black seed oil if you like it. Your mental peace is way more important!

I tried self-treating my sudden weight gain with various oils like black seed and flaxseed, ignoring my doctor's advice. It turned out I had severe thyroid dysfunction that needed proper prescription pills. Please get a full blood panel done before self-medicating.

If your doctor says it's fine, you can use black seed oil as a supplement. But try pairing it with a 30-minute brisk walk daily. Physical movement combined with good nutrition is what actually triggers fat burning.

My mom bought this black seed oil for my weight loss, but honestly, the taste is so strong I couldn't handle it. I think I'll just stick to playing football and eating less junk food, much easier for me!

My nutritionist explained that black seed oil contains thymoquinone, which has anti-inflammatory properties and can support lipid metabolism. However, she emphasized that it only acts as an adjuvant. You cannot bypass the fundamental rule of maintaining a caloric deficit.

Actually yaar, black seed oil is great for digestion, which indirectly helps with bloating. But weight loss? I didn't see any major difference on the scale without putting in the work at the gym.

I know how exhausting it is to try every single remedy just to see the scale budge. I tried black seed oil out of sheer desperation, but it didn't do much and I felt so defeated. Please be gentle with yourself, weight loss is a long journey.

With my PCOS, weight loss is a huge struggle. I tried black seed oil because of its anti-inflammatory claims, and it did help reduce my gut inflammation slightly. But please be careful and start with a very small dose, as it can sometimes upset sensitive stomachs.
