Does bioma probiotics help with weight loss?

I've heard about Bioma probiotics being good for gut health, and some people say it helps with weight loss. I'm trying to get back in shape after my second child. Do Bioma probiotics really help with weight loss?

I discussed these specific probiotic strains with my gastroenterologist last month. He told me that while probiotics like Bioma can improve gut flora and reduce inflammatory bloating, they are not weight loss supplements. Any weight reduction you see is usually a byproduct of better digestion and reduced water retention, not fat loss itself.

When you have thyroid issues, your metabolism slows down and you desperately look for things like probiotics to lose weight. I thought about trying Bioma too, but my endocrinologist said no supplement can fix weight issues if your thyroid hormones are fluctuating. Make sure you get your TSH checked regularly before trying these.

Yes, it helps a bit with bloating and digestion, but don't buy it expecting actual fat loss. You still have to do the diet and workout hard.

Probiotics can definitely help you feel lighter if you suffer from gas or indigestion. But please don't expect too much weight loss from it alone. Just focus on eating healthy home-cooked food, drink enough water, and be gentle with your body. It will all work out fine.

These expensive capsules are just packed versions of what we already have at home. Drinking fresh buttermilk with a pinch of hing (asafoetida) and ginger is the best way to clean your gut and lose weight naturally. But if you have severe bloating or chronic stomach pain, please see a real doctor instead of relying on internet remedies.

I used to run after such trendy health pills to manage my weight and blood pressure. Eventually, I realized that only a salt-controlled diet, daily morning walks, and my regular BP checkups actually work. Probiotics might give minor gut relief, but lifestyle changes are what keep you healthy in the long run.
