Bikram yoga classes can be quite expensive in big cities, plus you have to pay for the heated studio access. Honestly, you can get similar weight loss results by doing normal yoga or brisk walking at home for free. Plan your budget wisely before committing to costly packages.

Bro, my cousin tried Bikram yoga and said she felt like she was in an oven! You sweat a lot so you lose water weight instantly, but you gotta be careful not to pass out. It's cool if you can handle the heat, but normal gymming is much easier to sustain on a student budget.

Humare yahan toh sadharan yoga hi karte hain sab subah-subah khule maidan mein. Yeh garam kamre wala yoga thoda ajeeb lagta hai sunne mein. Shareer ka dhyan rakho, thoda kam khao aur seedha sadha pranayama karo, wazan apne aap kam ho jayega.

I did Bikram yoga for a year and lost about 8 kgs. The key is consistency and managing your hydration, as you lose a lot of electrolytes in that hot room. Pair it with a high-protein diet, otherwise you will just lose muscle mass instead of fat.

I tried it to lose my post-pregnancy weight. It definitely helps you tone up, but the heat can be very draining if you have to manage kids and house chores right after. Make sure you drink lots of water and don't push your body too hard.

I tried it for a month with my friend! It makes your skin glow and you definitely feel lighter, but honestly, it is very tough to do daily. If you enjoy sweating it out, go for it, but don't force yourself if you hate the heat.

It definitely helps burn calories because of the high intensity, but keep a water bottle with electoral always ready with you.

Please be very careful with hot yoga. I tried it once and ended up with severe dehydration and a sudden drop in blood pressure that landed me in the clinic. If you have any heart issues or blood pressure problems, consult a doctor before joining.

When I asked my doctor at Max Hospital about starting Bikram yoga, he strictly advised against it due to my mild asthma. Heated environments are not safe for everyone. It is best to consult a proper physician before starting any such extreme physical activity.

Because of my thyroid, my metabolism is very slow and losing weight is a battle. I thought of trying Bikram yoga, but my doctor said extreme heat can stress the body and affect thyroid levels. Keep getting your TSH tested and consult your endocrinologist first.
