Does beam glow help with weight loss?

Saw an ad for 'Beam Glow' and it claimed to help with weight loss and skin. Is this actually true? Trying to lose some weight after my pregnancy, so looking for effective options.

No, Beam Glow is mainly for sleep and skin health, not weight loss. Don't rely on it for losing weight.

Actually, Beam Glow is just a collagen and sleep supplement, yaar. It won't magically burn fat or anything. It might help you sleep better, but for weight loss, you still have to focus on diet and gym.

I know how desperate we can feel when we want to lose weight, and we end up looking at every new product hoping it works. But Beam Glow is really just for sleep and skin glow. Don't feel bad, we all search for shortcuts, but a doctor's guidance is the best way.

I was super confused about Beam Glow's benefits and panicked when I didn't see any weight change after using it. Later, my nutritionist explained that it is only meant for skin hydration and sleep support. It was a relief to know I wasn't doing anything wrong, it's just not a weight loss product.

My daughter asked me about Beam Glow because she saw it online. I looked into it and told her it is just a wellness supplement for sleep, not for weight control. Please focus on regular home-cooked meals and some outdoor activity instead of these trendy powders.
