Does apple cider vinegar pills help with weight loss?

I find the taste of liquid apple cider vinegar too strong, but I'm interested in its supposed weight loss benefits. I saw some pills in the chemist. Do apple cider vinegar pills actually help with weight loss?

Beta, in our days we relied on simple home cooked food and daily walks for staying fit. These modern pills and powders often have side effects we don't understand. If you want to use ACV, a very small spoon of actual liquid in warm water is safer, but always consult a doctor first.

I actually used ACV pills for three months hoping for a shortcut to lose weight. Honestly, they did absolutely nothing for my weight, but they did give me mild acid reflux. I only started losing weight when I finally worked on my calorie deficit and daily steps.

Please be very careful with these weight loss pills. I tried some herbal fat burner pills last year and ended up with severe stomach lining irritation and acidity. Do not take any such supplements without asking a certified doctor first.

I can't say if they are medically safe or not, but I bought a bottle of these pills last year. Personally, I didn't see any difference in my weight or appetite. I stopped taking them after two weeks because I preferred focusing on my gym routine.

I have seen so many fitness trends come and go over the last forty years. There is no magic pill for weight loss, trust me on this. Eat a simple diet, stay active, and don't waste your hard-earned money on these vinegar capsules.
