Does align probiotic help with weight loss?

I've been trying to lose some weight, and my friend suggested trying a probiotic supplement called Align. Does anyone know if Align probiotic actually helps with weight loss, or is it just for gut health?

It won't directly cause weight loss. It is designed to support digestive balance and reduce gas or bloating, which might make your stomach feel flatter. Save your time and focus on a calorie deficit if weight loss is your main goal.

Actually, Align is mostly for gut health and bloating, yaar. It helps keep your digestion smooth, but don't expect it to magically melt fat. For weight loss, you still have to watch your diet and hit the gym!

Align contains Bifidobacterium 35624, which is clinically proven to manage IBS symptoms, not weight loss. While a healthy microbiome is beneficial for overall metabolism, consulting a registered dietician is the best approach for structured weight loss.

I wish a simple probiotic pill could cure my middle-age belly! But alas, Align only helps with my bloating and digestion. It won't make you lose weight unless you also stop eating extra parathas like me.

No, it doesn't directly burn fat. It just improves gut digestion. To actually lose weight, pair your probiotics with daily walking or strength training if your doctor allows. Consistency in movement is key.

If probiotics could make us slim, I'd be drinking gallons of yakult and curd daily! Align is great for happy gut vibes, but it's not a weight-loss miracle. Keep walking and eating clean for that!

Align is quite expensive in India compared to local probiotics or even home-made curd (dahi). It doesn't help with weight loss anyway. Save your money and invest it in a good gym membership or a nutritionist instead.

Since I have thyroid, weight management is always a struggle for me. Probiotics like Align help with bloating, but they won't fix weight issues. It's much better to get your thyroid and hormone levels tested and follow up with a doctor.
