Do women have hair loss?

My hair has been thinning a lot lately, and I'm quite concerned. I always thought hair loss was more common in men, but now I'm wondering if women also experience significant hair fall. What could be the reasons?

Haan beta, bilkul hota hai. Humare yahan toh jab bahuon ko stress hota hai ya bachha hota hai, toh bohot baal jhadte hain. Hum dahi aur methi lagate hain baalon mein, isse bohot aaram milta hai.

Yes, hair loss in women is very common due to stress, hard water, or hormonal changes. Gently massaging your scalp with warm coconut oil and curry leaves helps a lot. However, if you see bald patches, please consult a dermatologist immediately.

It definitely happens, often due to lack of proper nutrition. If you aren't eating enough protein and healthy fats, your hair health will suffer first. Make sure you are hitting your daily macros and staying hydrated along with your workouts.

Oh, go look at my bathroom floor after my sister washes her hair, it looks like a black carpet! It definitely happens to them too, so don't worry, you aren't the only one losing a small forest every day.

Absolutely, female pattern baldness and telogen effluvium are real medical issues. If you are noticing severe thinning, don't waste time on home remedies or beauty salon treatments. Book an appointment with a trichologist and get your blood work done.

Yes, we do, and it is honestly so stressful. I went through a phase last year where my partition kept getting wider because of work stress. Just remember it is temporary and taking care of your mental peace is the first step to fixing it.
