I tracked my calorie burn on my smartwatch while using one of these plates at the gym, and it was barely 50 calories in 15 minutes. You are much better off doing active bodyweight squats or climbing stairs for real results.

With my high blood pressure, my doctor strictly advised against using these heavy vibration plates as they can sometimes cause dizziness. Stick to standard walking and get your pressure checked regularly instead of trying such gadgets.

Honestly, don't stress too much about buying these expensive machines. They don't do much for weight loss. Just cut down on late-night snacks and do some light dancing, it works much better and is free!

Please be careful. I tried using a high-intensity vibration plate and ended up with severe lower back pain and joint strain that took weeks to heal. Always consult a physiotherapist or doctor before stepping on these.

Why spend 10,000 rupees on a vibrating machine when a simple jump rope and skipping for 10 minutes at home is ten times more effective? Keep your weight loss plan simple and budget-friendly.
