Do vibration machines help weight loss?

My gym recently installed some vibration machines, and the instructor suggested they could help with weight loss. Is there any truth to this claim, do vibration machines help weight loss?

I bought one post-lockdown trying to lose weight quickly. Honestly, it didn't help me lose even half a kilo until I started actual home workouts and calorie tracking. It's just a fancy massager.

Over my fifty years, I have seen so many fitness gadgets come and go. Nothing beats a simple 45-minute brisk walk in the morning. Don't waste your hard-earned money on these vibrating plates.

My physiotherapist friend explained that these machines are designed for muscle rehabilitation and improving balance, not fat burning. To lose weight, you must create a caloric deficit through diet and cardiovascular exercise.

Hey, don't stress too much about buying expensive equipment! These machines are just hype. Just focus on eating clean and going for a fun walk with friends, that's way more effective.

My teenage daughter wanted one of these because of some internet trend. I refused and instead enrolled her in a local swimming class. Real movement is what children and adults need to stay healthy, not machines.

They don't really help with weight loss, but they are great for a quick foot massage after a long day of standing! Better to spend your budget on a good pair of running shoes instead!

It is totally natural to look for easier ways to stay fit, but don't feel bad if these machines don't work. Simple home-cooked food and daily chores also keep you active and healthy.

In the clinic, we sometimes use low-level vibration for circulation, but it has no scientific backing for burning fat. Save your money and just focus on reducing your daily sugar and carb intake.

My doctor told me to reduce weight, and my cousin suggested this machine. Honestly, the only weight I lost was from my wallet after paying for it. Stick to basic eating habits, my friends.
