Do sit ups help with weight loss?

Pet ki charbi kam karni hai aur suna hai sit-ups se fayda hota hai. Kya sach mein isse weight loss hota hai, ya sirf muscles banate hain?

Don't stress too much about doing endless sit-ups, buddy. They are great for toning your abdominal muscles, but they actually don't burn enough calories to cause overall weight loss. Focus on a balanced diet and some fun cardio instead.

Because of my thyroid, losing weight has always been a slow process. I used to do sit-ups daily, but my doctor explained that spot reduction is a myth and advised me to keep my thyroid levels monitored regularly while focusing on full-body workouts. Regular tests really help track if your metabolism is on point.

With my busy office schedule, I don't have time for low-impact exercises that don't yield quick results. Sit-ups will only strengthen your core, not burn belly fat. If you are short on time like me, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) is far more effective for weight loss.

I am planning to start working out at home to lose some weight. If sit-ups aren't very useful for fat burn, should I try squats or skipping instead?

My fitness tracker shows that a 10-minute session of sit-ups burns barely 40-50 calories, which is easily ruined by a single biscuit. If you want to lose weight, track your daily steps and aim for a consistent calorie deficit using a health app. Sit-ups are only good for building core strength.

I spent a whole year doing 100 sit-ups a day and saw zero weight loss until I corrected my diet. Weight loss happens in the kitchen, not just on the yoga mat. Combine a calorie deficit with full-body strength training if you want real, lasting results.
