Do raspberries help weight loss?

I'm trying to incorporate more fruits into my diet to aid with weight loss, and I really enjoy raspberries. My dietitian mentioned they have good fiber content. Do raspberries help weight loss, or is their contribution minimal?

They are low in sugar and high in fiber, which is great. But if your weight issues are due to thyroid, berries alone won't work. Keep getting your TSH levels tested regularly and follow your doctor's advice.

Yes, raspberries are really good for weight loss because they are very low in calories and keep you full. You can easily add them to your daily breakfast.

They definitely help because they satisfy that dessert craving without the massive calorie guilt! Just don't smother them in heavy whipping cream, otherwise the whole point is lost.

Ho na, they are so yummy and actually very high in fiber. I eat them with some curd when I feel like eating sweet things in the afternoon.

Nature has given us beautiful fruits to cleanse our system. Raspberries are rich in antioxidants. Combine them with a daily practice of Kapalbhati and a light sattvik diet for natural weight management.

In our days, we ate whatever local fruits were in season. Raspberries are good, but don't stress if they are expensive or not available near you. Local amla or guava works just as well for health.
