Do nuts help in weight loss?

I'm trying to lose some weight and incorporate healthier snacks into my routine. I often hear that nuts are good for health. Do nuts actually help in weight loss, maybe by keeping you full, or are they too high in calories for that?

Yes, they absolutely help because they are rich in fiber and protein, which keep hunger pangs away. But the trick is portion control—only eat a small handful of unsalted ones. If you overeat them, the high calorie count will do the opposite.

Yes, they do help because they keep you full for a long time. Just make sure to eat them in moderation.

Eating 4-5 soaked almonds in the morning is very good for health and digestion. It naturally keeps your stomach satisfied so you don't crave heavy sweets. Traditional ways of eating nuts in limited quantities always help maintain a healthy body.

In our family, we use walnuts and almonds as healthy snacks instead of deep-fried items. My doctor also advised that replacing junk food with a few nuts helps manage weight and cholesterol. It is a very safe and healthy habit to build.

They definitely help by keeping your cravings in check. Just stick to raw or dry-roasted ones and avoid the fried, salted varieties.
