Do greens help with weight loss?

I'm trying to incorporate more healthy foods into my diet for weight loss. Do eating lots of greens really help in shedding kilos, or is their impact minimal?

They do help, but please be careful if you are suddenly eating massive amounts of raw green salads. I ended up with a severe gut infection and thyroid issues because raw greens can sometimes interfere with thyroid function if eaten in excess. Cook them properly and consult your doctor.

Green vegetables like spinach, fenugreek, and bottle gourd are excellent for the body and help lose weight naturally due to their high fiber. Just make sure to steam or cook them with light spices. If you ever feel severe weakness or dizziness, please see a doctor immediately.

Leafy greens are an absolute blessing for managing both sugar and weight because they have a very low glycemic index. I include palak or methi in my lunch daily, which prevents sudden sugar spikes and keeps me full. Just watch the amount of oil you use to cook them.

I tried to cure my sudden weight gain by just eating greens and salads, ignoring the constant fatigue I was feeling. It turned out I had severe diabetes that needed immediate medical treatment. Don't rely only on diet changes; go get a proper health checkup done first.

When I visited my dietician at Kokilaben Hospital, she explained that greens help because of their high water and volume content, which triggers fullness. She gave me a structured diet plan tailored to my body. Always ask your doctor for a scientific approach rather than guessing.

Don't blindly believe those 'green powder detox' ads on Instagram for weight loss. Normal cooked green vegetables are good, but these packaged powders are often useless and expensive. Verify with a qualified clinical nutritionist to make a proper meal plan.

I started eating lots of spinach and broccoli to lose weight, but it is causing me terrible bloating and stomach ache. Did anyone else face this issue when they increased their green intake? I'm worried if my digestive system is not adjusting well.
