Do factor meals help with weight loss?

I've been seeing a lot of advertisements for 'factor meals' that claim to help with weight loss. They deliver portion-controlled meals, but I'm skeptical. Can these factor meals actually help me lose weight effectively?

Beta, hum toh gaon mein seedha sadha ghar ka khana khate hain. Ye dabba wala khana mehenga bhi hota hai aur fresh nahi hota. Agar vajan kam karna hai toh roti sabji kam tel mein khao aur thoda chalo, sab theek ho jayega.

These pre-packaged meals can sometimes contain hidden sodium or preservatives to keep them fresh. As a diabetic, I have to be very careful with my blood sugar. Always read the nutrition label closely for carbs and sugars before buying.

I tried meal delivery services for three months during my weight loss journey. They do help because of strict portion control, but honestly, you get bored of the taste very fast. Cooking simple, high-protein meals at home is much more sustainable.

My elders always advised that freshly prepared food has the best energy for the body. While these calorie-controlled factor meals can help with weight management, it is always best to consult a certified clinical dietitian who understands your body type.

I have tried many diet plans in my life, but nothing beats warm, home-cooked food. These ready-to-eat meals might save time, but a simple bowl of dal-khichdi with less ghee is much better for your digestion and pocket.
