Do apples help with weight loss?

I'm trying to lose some weight and incorporate more healthy foods into my diet. I always hear that an apple a day is good for health. Does eating apples specifically help with weight loss, or are they just generally nutritious?

I've started eating an apple before dinner to eat less main food. Has anyone else tried this method, and does it actually help with belly fat or just make you bloated?

They do help because of their low glycemic index, which doesn't spike insulin. But with PCOS, just eating apples won't solve it; we need to manage our overall daily protein and carb intake carefully too.

Yes, they definitely help because they are full of water and fiber. Try eating them with a pinch of cinnamon powder for extra taste and better digestion.

Eating fruits like apples is great for weight and heart health as they provide potassium. Along with eating them, make sure to get your BP checked regularly and reduce salt in your diet.

During my checkup at the hospital, the clinical dietitian recommended replacing processed snacks with one raw apple. It's a scientifically backed way to reduce daily calorie intake safely.

Apples are high in dietary fiber and low in energy density, which naturally aids weight loss. However, for a proper, sustainable weight loss plan, it's always best to consult a certified dietitian.
