Can you use weight loss injections while breastfeeding?

I'm really struggling to lose the baby weight after delivery, and my friend suggested looking into weight loss injections. I'm currently breastfeeding my infant. I wanted to know if it's safe to use weight loss injections while still nursing.

Honestly, do not go by what people say on forums for this. These injections have active hormones or chemicals that can easily pass into your breast milk. Better to be absolutely safe and verify this with your pediatrician or gynecologist before taking anything.

I totally understand the urge to lose the baby weight quickly, but please stay away from these heavy injections right now. During my nursing days, I just stuck to warm ajwain water and light oats porridge which helped digestion naturally. Your body is already working hard to make milk, so don't put chemical pressure on it.

Yaar, I barely have the energy to brush my teeth with this newborn, how are you guys even thinking about injections? Honestly, feeding the baby is a massive workout in itself. I am just surviving on black coffee and broken sleep right now, weight loss can wait!

Whoa, let the little one enjoy their milk without any chemical seasoning! Those fat-burner shots sound fancy but your baby doesn't need a high-speed diet plan. Just relax, eat your laddoos, and let the baby fat melt off slowly whenever it wants to.

Your body has gone through a beautiful transformation to bring a life into this world. Instead of pushing it with artificial injections, try gentle pranayama like Anulom Vilom and light stretching. It balances your hormones naturally and aids digestion, which slowly helps with postpartum recovery.

Breastfeeding makes me so incredibly hungry, I can't even imagine suppressing my appetite with injections! I'd rather enjoy my makhana and healthy pinni laddoos right now. Don't deprive yourself of good food during this special phase, just eat clean.

Agreed with others here, it is definitely not worth the risk while nursing. Just focus on staying hydrated with coconut water and buttermilk instead.

Why spend so much on expensive injections that might have side effects? Simply cutting down on oily outside food and doing 30 minutes of brisk walking while the baby sleeps works wonders. Just stick to ghar ka khana and give your body some time to recover naturally.
