Can you get belly pains in early pregnancy?

My pregnancy test came back positive, but I'm only in my first month. Sometimes I get these mild, pulling sensations and slight pains in my lower abdomen. Should I be worried about belly pains in early pregnancy?

Yes, mild cramping is totally normal as the embryo implants and the uterus grows. But if the pain is severe or accompanied by bleeding, don't wait around, go to the hospital immediately.

In my days, we all felt these little pinches and pulls in the first few months. It's just the baby making space for itself, so do not worry too much, dear.

Mild stretching pain is common. I tracked my symptoms on my pregnancy app and noticed it happened mostly after long standing hours, so resting and tracking helps.

Yes, hormonal changes cause gas, bloating, and mild uterine stretching. Just make sure the pain isn't sharp and one-sided, which always requires a doctor's checkup.

I know how terrifying every single ache feels when you are hoping for a safe pregnancy. The anxiety is real, but mild cramping is usually just your body adapting.

Mild cramps are common. If your doctor allows, doing gentle evening walks can actually improve circulation and relieve some of that sluggish digestion pain.

We ignored my wife's sharp pains early on thinking it was just gas, which led to complications. Please don't ignore sharp or persistent pain; consult your gynecologist immediately.

I totally get it, the constant worry about every little cramp is so exhausting. Just hang in there, mild stretching is very normal during these early weeks.

Mild aches can be solved by drinking warm fennel water or keeping a warm cloth on your lower back. But if the pain is severe or there is spotting, see your doctor immediately.

I was reading about early pregnancy symptoms for my sister. Apparently, mild cramping is super common because of the progesterone surge and uterus expanding.
