Can you drink alcohol while on mounjaro for weight loss?

I started Mounjaro for weight loss recently. I wanted to know if I need to be careful with alcohol. Can you drink alcohol while on Mounjaro for weight loss, or are there side effects if I do?

Completely agree with others here. I also noticed that even a little alcohol on Mounjaro made my nausea much worse, so it is safer to avoid.

Mounjaro is already so expensive, and you have to get regular blood tests done to monitor your kidney and liver health which adds to the cost. Why waste money on alcohol which can skew your test results and cause side effects? Better to plan your budget and health wisely and skip the drinks.

Look, we want results without making things complicated. If you absolutely have to attend a family function, just keep a glass of soda with lime in your hand so nobody forces you to drink. It's a simple trick that saves you from both awkward questions and the bad side effects of mixing alcohol with Mounjaro.

Hey! I totally feel you, it gets awkward at dinners when everyone is drinking. But honestly, Mounjaro slows your digestion so much that alcohol can make you feel super bloated and sick. I just order a fresh mint cooler without sugar now, and it keeps my stomach happy!

I was researching Mounjaro online because my uncle might start it soon. Apparently, it affects your blood sugar regulation quite a bit, so drinking alcohol can risk dangerous drops in sugar levels. It's really fascinating how these meds work, but yeah, alcohol seems risky on it.

Dekho boss, simple baat hai. You are taking a heavy medicine for weight loss, so why mess it up with alcohol? It will only give you bad acidity, nausea, and stall your weight progress. Keep the alcohol away for a few months, focus on your health, and do it right.
