Can weight loss improve vision?

I've heard some people say that after losing weight, their vision somehow got better. I've been noticing my vision getting a bit weaker lately, and I'm also trying to lose some kilos. Can weight loss truly improve vision?

Haan bilkul, if weight loss helps control your diabetes and blood pressure then eye health naturally improves na. Directly chashma ka number toh shaayad kam nahi hoga, but overall eyes par pressure zaroor kam hota hai.

When you lose weight through a clean diet rich in greens and regular cardio, blood circulation improves. This helps reduce ocular pressure and keeps your retinal blood vessels healthy. Good food always shows in your eyes.

Sometimes blurry vision or eye changes are connected to thyroid fluctuations or blood sugar swings. Losing weight helps balance hormones, but please go for regular blood tests and see an ophthalmologist to find the actual root cause.

Ghar pe sab kehte hain ki shareer halka aur saaf rahe toh aankhon ki roshni bhi achhi rehti hai. Jab se maine thoda chalna shuru kiya aur wazan kam kiya, mujhe toh thoda behtar mehsus hota hai. Par ek baar bade doctor ko dikha lijiye.

Please don't believe anyone online saying weight loss will magically cure your eyesight. While it's great for preventing diabetic retinopathy, actual vision changes need to be diagnosed properly by an eye specialist.
