Can weight loss get rid of cellulite?

I've lost a good amount of weight, but I still have a lot of cellulite, especially on my thighs and buttocks. I was hoping losing weight would make it disappear. Can weight loss actually get rid of cellulite, or is it something else entirely?

I have lost around 5 kgs but my cellulite still looks exactly the same, which is making me so anxious. Has anyone else experienced this? Does it take much longer to go away, or am I doing something wrong?

Honestly, I am too tired from waking up at 5 AM with my baby to even worry about cellulite. But from what I know, even skinny people have it, so don't lose sleep over some skin dimples!

Cellulite is just our body's way of storing extra love! Even supermodels have it under professional lighting, so don't sweat it too much. Just stay healthy and keep smiling.

I used to panic and think my skin was ruined forever when I saw cellulite after losing weight. Later, my trainer explained it is completely natural fat distribution. Once I accepted it, I felt so much better!

Haan yaar, cellulite toh fully nahi jaata but thoda light zaroor ho jata hai weight loss se na. Don't stress too much about it, simple exercises karo and happy raho.

If you notice any sudden, painful skin changes or swelling along with cellulite, it is always safer to consult a dermatologist. Never ignore unexpected skin issues.

It is completely normal to feel self-conscious about cellulite, and your feelings are totally valid. Weight loss can reduce its appearance, but genetics play a huge role too. Please don't let it stress you out too much.

No need to buy expensive anti-cellulite creams, they don't work. Just focus on a simple daily walk, drink plenty of water, and do basic free-hand squats at home. It is cheap and works wonders.

With zero time for fancy treatments, I found that consistent weight training twice a week is the only practical way to tighten skin and reduce the dimpled look. Keep it simple and stay consistent.

My fitness app shows that body fat percentage reduction helps, but skin elasticity is key. Drinking lots of water and doing strength training to build glutes and hamstrings worked best for me.

Eating foods rich in vitamin C and collagen-boosting vegetarian options like citrus fruits and leafy greens helps keep skin firm. Weight loss helps, but nourishing your skin from inside is equally important.

I recently lost 12 kgs and noticed that while the cellulite didn't disappear 100%, it became much less noticeable after I started lifting weights. Building muscle underneath the skin is what really helps smooth it out.
