Can weed cause weight loss?

I'm trying to lose weight and heard from someone that weed can actually help with weight loss. Is this true, or just a myth? I'm curious if it's a real benefit.

I actually lost a lot of weight when I was smoking heavily because it completely disrupted my normal eating schedule. You get the munchies late at night, skip breakfast the next day, and destroy your metabolism. I regained healthy weight only after I quit and stuck to consistent meal times.

Weight loss? Most people I know gain weight because they eat three packets of chips and a whole pizza after smoking! But seriously, if you are losing weight instead, your stomach is probably protesting the smoke. Go eat some real ghar ka khana!

Our bodies are beautiful temples that need balance to thrive. If you are losing weight rapidly, it is a sign that the body's natural harmony is disturbed. Stay positive, eat fresh fruits, pray, and let your body heal by keeping away from toxic habits.

Unexplained weight loss can be a sign of deeper digestive issues or metabolic changes caused by chronic cannabis use. I ignored my weight drop until I developed severe gut issues. Please get yourself evaluated by a doctor to rule out any serious underlying problems.

Honestly, I barely sleep or eat properly because of my chaotic routine, and weed just makes my digestion even more confused. It's either zero appetite or binging at 3 AM. If you're shedding weight like crazy, it's probably because your sleep-wake-eat cycle is totally broken like mine.

My doctor at Apollo Hospital clearly explained that chronic weed usage can mess with your thyroid and metabolic hormones, leading to weight fluctuations. You should get a full health checkup and ask your physician directly rather than relying on online forums.

With PCOS, my weight is always a sensitive topic, and any substance that alters hormones can cause unpredictable weight changes. I would suggest keeping a regular food diary and consulting a gynecologist or endocrinologist to see if your hormones are balanced.

Chronic weed smokers often develop Cannabinoid Hyperemesis Syndrome or mild nausea, which destroys their appetite over time and causes weight loss. It's not a healthy way to lose weight at all. If you are experiencing this, stop using it and consult a doctor.
