Can walking in early pregnancy cause miscarriage?

I just found out I'm pregnant, and I'm very early on, only a few weeks. I usually go for walks, but my mother-in-law advised me to rest completely. Can normal walking in early pregnancy actually cause a miscarriage?

Honestly, my elder sister was super paranoid about this during her first trimester. But her doctor told her that normal, gentle walking is actually great for blood circulation and totally safe unless there is some specific medical restriction.

Moderate walking is generally considered very healthy and safe during early pregnancy, alongside a nutritious, well-balanced diet. Just avoid over-exerting yourself, stay well hydrated, and always follow whatever personalized advice your obstetrician gives you.

Hey, don't stress too much! Normal walking at an easy pace is completely fine and actually recommended to keep you active. Miscarriages usually happen due to chromosomal issues, not because of a simple evening walk. Just listen to your body and rest when tired.

I had to be extra careful during my pregnancy due to my thyroid levels, but my doctor still encouraged daily light walks. Just ensure you are getting your regular blood work done and checking with your endocrinologist and gynaecologist about what activity level is safe for you.

Ho na, log bahut dara dete hain starting mein ki mat chalo. But actually, light walking is very good for both mother and baby. Just don't lift heavy weights or run fast, and consult your doc regular basis pe.
