Can't sleep in early pregnancy?

Main abhi shuruati pregnancy mein hoon, aur mujhe raat mein neend bilkul nahi aati. Din bhar thakawat rehti hai par raat mein aankhein khuli rehti hain. Kya yeh normal hai?

Congratulations! The first trimester is a wild ride with all those crazy hormone changes. Don't worry too much, try to take small naps during the day whenever you feel tired. You've got this! 💕

In early pregnancy, progesterone levels shoot up, which can ironically make you feel exhausted during the day but restless at night. Try to cut down on fluids right before bed to avoid frequent washroom trips, and always discuss these sleep disturbances with your gynecologist during your next visit.

I am in my 7th week and I feel so anxious at night, which completely blocks my sleep. Does anyone else also feel a mild cramping or restlessness in their legs during early pregnancy? I hope everything is normal.

My wife had the same issue, and we realized planning our medical expenses early really helped reduce her stress. Don't spend a lot on fancy maternity pillows just yet; standard extra cotton pillows from home work perfectly fine. Keep your routine checkup bills organized for insurance claims.

My wife is in her first trimester and she barely sleeps because of morning sickness that somehow hits her at midnight. I usually keep some plain biscuits by her bedside, which helps settle her stomach so she can rest. Just be supportive, guys, it is a tough phase.

I panicked so much in my first month because I couldn't sleep and feared it would affect the baby. But my doctor reassured me that the baby is perfectly safe and sleeping patterns naturally change due to hormones. Just rest whenever you can, even if it is during the day.

My cousin sister is going through this and she said early pregnancy is basically just feeling sleepy all day but wide awake at night. She has started listening to light instrumental music to distract her mind. Sounds super tough but hang in there!

Please be very careful and don't take any home remedies or over-the-counter sleep aids without asking. If your lack of sleep is accompanied by severe nausea, pain, or any spotting, contact your doctor immediately. It is always better to be safe.
