Can reiki help with weight loss?

I'm looking for alternative ways to help with my weight loss journey, and someone suggested reiki. Can reiki actually be beneficial in helping someone lose weight, or is it just for relaxation?

Reiki might help with calming your mind, but honestly, weight loss is all about your diet. I maintain a strict portion-controlled vegetarian diet to keep my weight in check. Without a calorie deficit and clean eating, no alternative therapy will show real results.

I tried many alternative therapies for weight loss and ignored my underlying hormonal issues, which made things much worse. Please don't rely only on these methods. Go see a qualified doctor or clinical nutritionist to find out the real cause of your weight gain.

It can be a great way to de-stress and feel positive! Just don't expect it to replace your workouts. Combine it with some fun exercises and you will surely feel good and stay healthy.

Let's be real, Reiki won't burn calories for you. It's good for mental peace and mindfulness, which helps with self-control, but that's about it. Focus on hitting the gym and watching what you eat if you want to see actual results.

My doctor clearly explained that there is no scientific evidence showing Reiki directly burns fat. It can definitely reduce stress and cortisol levels, which might stop emotional eating. But for actual weight loss, you need a proper diet plan and physical activity.

Haha, I wish energy healing could melt away the butter chicken I eat! It might calm your mind, but at the end of the day, those cravings are tough. You still have to do the hard work of controlling portions and moving your body.

True, it can help you feel relaxed and sleep better. But please pair it with daily walking and a good diet for actual weight loss.
