Can marijuana help with weight loss?

I'm always looking for ways to boost my weight loss efforts. A friend jokingly mentioned that marijuana might help with metabolism and appetite control, leading to weight loss. Is there any scientific basis to this, or is it just a myth?

It is not a healthy way to lose weight at all and can lead to other complications. For weight loss, simple hot water with lemon in the morning and a low-carb diet is best. If you have sudden or extreme weight changes, please see a physician.

I always go to my family doctor at Max Hospital for any health query instead of trying self-treatments. If you are struggling with weight, it's best to ask an endocrinologist or a certified clinical dietitian clearly about safe methods.

There's no scientific backing that it helps with healthy fat loss. I track my daily calories and steps on MyFitnessPal, and that consistency is what actually works. Stick to a calorie deficit and track your protein intake instead.

True weight loss comes from mindful eating and raising your metabolic fire through Surya Namaskar. Relying on such herbs disturbs the natural clarity of the mind and does not give any lasting health benefits.

Bro, honestly it is the opposite! Most of my friends get major munchies and end up eating double the amount of junk food after smoking up. It will probably make you gain weight instead of losing it.
