Can low vitamin d3 cause weight gain?

I've been gaining some weight recently that I can't quite explain. My last check-up showed my Vitamin D3 levels were low. Can low Vitamin D3 actually cause weight gain?

Yeah, actually it can. I gained like 5 kgs out of nowhere last year and felt tired 24/7. Got tested and my D3 was super low. Doc told me D3 helps regulate fat storage and metabolism, so once I started the weekly sachet, my energy came back and weight stabilized.

Don't get worried about this, beta. At our age, we see this all the time now because everyone stays in air-conditioned rooms. Low D3 makes your bones weak and body slow, leading to weight gain. Just consult your family doctor, take the prescribed dose, and walk in the morning sun.

Yes, low D3 definitely slows down your body. Instead of buying expensive weight loss shakes, just get a simple 300-rupee blood test done. If it is low, the doctor will give you cheap sachet powders or capsules. A 15-minute walk in the morning sun also helps ghar pe, and it's totally free.

Haan, bilkul ho sakta hai! When D3 is low, body bilkul energetic nahi feel karta, na? You just want to lie down, which naturally increases weight. Actually, mere saath bhi yahi hua tha. Once I took the doctor's weekly course, my metabolism became much better.

My grandmother used to say sitting in the early morning sun cures most energy issues, which is basically Vitamin D. But for modern deficiency, we must trust scientific reports. Low D3 can cause fatigue and lead to weight gain. Please do get a blood test and consult a doctor for proper guidance.

Low D3 is often linked to weight issues and insulin sensitivity, which I have to be very careful about as a diabetic. It makes you feel very sluggish, so you don't burn calories well. I suggest getting a proper fasting glucose and D3 test done, and speaking to your physician.

Hey! Yes, it really does. When my D3 was low, I felt so heavy and bloated all the time, and no amount of dieting helped. Once my doc put me on a treatment plan, my stamina returned and I could finally lose those stubborn kilos. Definitely get your levels checked.
