Honestly bro, I used to munch on peanuts while gaming late at night. They are great for protein but if you eat a whole bowl, you'll easily cross your calorie limit. Stick to just a small handful if you really want to lose weight.

Peanuts are awesome but don't eat them like popcorn while watching a movie! Before you know it, half the packet is gone and your weight loss goal has left the chat. A tiny handful is safe, otherwise your scale will scream next morning.

Haan na, peanuts actually keep you full for a long time. But night time eating can sometimes affect digestion, so keep a small gap before sleeping. Just a small portion is best, ho na.

Just make sure you are eating unsalted peanuts, especially if you need to monitor your blood pressure. Lifestyle adjustments are a must for weight loss, so keep checking your levels regularly. Salted ones will only cause water retention.

Everyone on the internet claims different things about superfoods. Peanuts can actually increase your weight if your overall daily intake is already high. Better to ask your nutritionist or doctor what fits into your specific daily diet plan.

I track all my food on an app, and honestly, peanuts are very easy to overeat. Just 30 grams has around 160 calories. If it fits your daily calorie budget, eating them at night is perfectly fine, just measure it first.

I used to feel so guilty having late-night snacks during my weight loss journey, thinking I ruined everything. It’s okay to have a few peanuts if you are actually hungry. Just don't beat yourself up about it, progress takes time.

Haan, peanuts are healthy, but portion control is super important na. Late night cravings can be tricky. Try taking a small katori and limit yourself to that, khali fokat extra calories nahi chahiye hume.

Listen, don't stress too much about the exact timing of what you eat. If you're hungry at night, peanuts are way better than reaching for chips or cookies. Just grab a small fistful and enjoy your sleep, chill out!

Peanuts contain good fats and protein, which can keep you full overnight. But they are very calorie-dense, so please watch the quantity. I always tell people that a small unsalted handful is the maximum you should have before sleeping.
