Can i eat mango at night for weight loss?

I'm on a weight loss journey and looking for healthy evening snacks. I love mangoes, but someone told me eating them at night might hinder weight loss. Is it okay to eat mango at night for weight loss?

Haan na, mango is so tempting but eating it late at night might not help with weight loss. It has high natural sugars which are hard to burn when you are sleeping. Better to eat it in the morning or afternoon, na?

My nutritionist told me that eating high-calorie fruits right before bed can disrupt digestion and insulin sensitivity. She suggested keeping a gap of at least 3 hours between any sweet food and sleep. Better to consult a dietitian for your specific calorie budget.

Arey, at 50, if I eat a mango at night, my weight scales go up just by looking at it! Joking aside, it's too much sugar before sleeping. Keep the king of fruits for breakfast time, your body will thank you.

My grandmother always said not to eat heavy fruits like mango after sunset because it slows digestion. I checked this with my doctor too, and they agreed that daytime is much better for fruits. Let's stick to daytime snacks.

Honestly, I barely sleep 5 hours a night and my late-night cravings are wild. But eating mango at midnight gave me a massive sugar rush and kept me awake even longer. Not great for weight loss or sleep, trust me!

Same here, I love mangoes but avoided them at night during my diet. Try having a cup of warm chamomile tea instead if you get late-night sweet cravings.
