Can i drink lemon water during pregnancy?

I've heard that lemon water is great for detox and digestion, and I usually drink it in the mornings. Now that I'm pregnant, I'm not sure if it's still a good idea. Can I drink lemon water during pregnancy, or should I stop? I want to be safe for my baby.

I used to panic about every little thing I drank in my first trimester! But my doctor assured me that plain lemon water is completely safe and actually great for nausea. It really helped settle my morning sickness, so don't worry at all.

Haan beti, nimbu paani toh bahut accha hota hai. Pregnancy mein jee ghabraye toh thoda nimbu paani piyo, sab thik ho jayega. Bas thanda paani mat lena, saadha paani hi istemal karna.

I am newly pregnant and struggling with terrible heartburn. Is it safe to add a little black salt to the lemon water, or should I just drink it plain? I don't want to hurt the baby.

My wife drank a lot of lemon water during her pregnancy, especially to keep her digestion smooth. Just make sure to monitor your blood pressure and avoid adding too much salt if you have hypertension. Regular checkups are very important.

Since I have PCOS, I always keep an eye on sugar spikes even during pregnancy. Lemon water with a tiny bit of salt or just plain is a wonderful option. Try to avoid adding heaps of white sugar to keep it healthy.
