Can drinking diet soda cause cancer?

I switched to diet soda thinking it was a healthier option than regular sugary drinks. Now I'm hearing news that artificial sweeteners might be linked to cancer. Should I be concerned about my daily diet coke habit?

Honestly, the mental peace you get from fresh juices or plain coconut water is unmatched. Artificial sweeteners in these sodas might be tested, but why put chemicals in our body when we want long-term wellness? Prana improves when we feed ourselves pure, natural things instead of canned drinks.

Look, I used to gulp down three cans of diet coke daily thinking it was healthy. After a health scare, my doctor clearly told me that while it might not directly cause cancer, those sweeteners wreck your gut health and lead to other complications. Cut it down to once a week first, then stop entirely. Your body will thank you.

I am actually very confused about this too because my friends drink it all the time. Is it really that risky or is it just a rumor online? I want to stop drinking it but I am not sure what is a safer alternative that also tastes sweet.

My grandmother always used to say that anything made in a factory instead of a kitchen will eventually cause trouble. Still, I asked our family doctor about diet sodas and he said having it once in a while is okay but daily consumption is definitely bad for overall health. It is always better to stick to buttermilk or fresh water.

I recently had a bad gastric issue and finally quit all diet sodas after being addicted for years. While there is no direct proof that it causes cancer instantly, my energy levels and digestion got so much better the moment I stopped. Don't fall for the 'zero sugar' trap, it is still full of chemicals.
