Can drinking coffee cause weight loss?

I'm trying to lose some weight, and someone in my gym told me that drinking black coffee can actually help burn fat. Is this true? I already drink coffee every morning, so I'm curious if it has this benefit.

Black coffee can boost your metabolism and act as an appetite suppressant, which helps in weight loss. But honestly, it only works if your overall diet is clean and you are in a calorie deficit. Also, adding lots of milk and sugar to your coffee will do the exact opposite!

Black coffee definitely helps burn some calories and keeps you active during workouts! But remember to not overdo it, and make sure you eat healthy meals too. A balanced lifestyle is the best way to lose weight happily! 😊

Yes, black coffee can help a little with weight loss because it boosts metabolism. But please don't skip meals or rely only on coffee to lose weight. Take care.

I once asked a clinical dietitian at a major hospital about this. She explained that while black coffee can slightly assist weight loss, excessive caffeine can ruin your sleep and stress your body, leading to weight gain. Please consult a professional doctor before starting any coffee diet.

Black coffee can help with weight loss as it has almost zero calories, but you must be careful if you are diabetic as caffeine can sometimes affect insulin sensitivity. Never add sugar or artificial syrups. Speak to your doctor or diabetologist to see how coffee fits into your diet plan.

Caffeine is a common ingredient in fat burners because it temporarily increases metabolic rate and suppresses appetite. However, relying on coffee for weight loss isn't a sustainable or healthy strategy. It's best to consult a certified nutritionist or doctor for a proper, safe weight management plan.
