Can diet pepsi cause cancer?

I've been reading a lot of conflicting information online about artificial sweeteners. Some articles suggest that diet drinks like Diet Pepsi could be linked to cancer. Is there any solid evidence for this, or is it just rumors?

I love pairing a cold diet pepsi with my spicy biryani, but all these scary internet articles do make me hesitate. I guess too much of any chemical is bad for the system. I am trying to switch to fresh lemonade, but the craving is real!

The internet has too many conflicting opinions on aspartame and cancer. When I asked my oncologist at a reputable hospital during a general checkup, he said occasional consumption is generally fine, but processed items should be limited. Always ask a proper doctor for clinical facts.

Don't panic reading all the sensational headlines online. Major health organizations say aspartame in normal amounts is safe, but it is still a highly processed drink with zero nutritional value. Just focus on drinking more water and fresh liquids instead.

I can't say if it causes cancer or not, but drinking too much of it definitely messed up my digestion and acidity levels. I used to have two cans a day and constantly felt bloated. Once I stopped, my gut health improved drastically.

Actually yaar, the WHO classified aspartame as possibly carcinogenic, but that is in massive, unrealistic quantities. Don't stress too much about having one can once in a while. But yes, obviously, drinking normal water is a thousand times better for you.

There is no definitive human proof that it directly causes cancer in moderate amounts, but it is still artificial. I used to be addicted to it, but I slowly replaced it with infused water and unsweetened iced tea. Keeping it to once in a blue moon is the safest approach.

Instead of worrying about cancer from sodas and then spending thousands on diagnostic tests out of anxiety, it is cheaper to just cut them out. A bottle of diet soda costs more than a healthy glass of coconut water anyway. Simple lifestyle changes save both health and money.
