Can diet improve arthritis?

My joint pain from arthritis has been bothering me a lot lately. My neighbor swears that changing her diet helped her a lot. Can certain foods or a specific diet actually help improve arthritis symptoms?

My grandmother was recently diagnosed with severe arthritis and she is in a lot of pain. Does cutting out nightshade vegetables or dairy really help with joint swelling? I want to help her but don't know much about this.

I have tried everything for my knee pain over the last ten years. Adding turmeric, ginger, and garlic to daily food definitely helps reduce the joint inflammation. Also, reducing fried food and sugar made a noticeable difference in my morning stiffness.

My grandmother always recommended using sesame oil and eating ragi for strong bones. However, when my arthritis started flaring up, my rheumatologist guided me to follow a proper anti-inflammatory diet. It works best when combined with the right medical treatment.

I have been reading that gluten can cause joint flares and now I am scared to eat my daily rotis. Has anyone else felt their joint pain reduce after completely cutting out wheat? I really hope I don't have to go gluten-free.

It is so hard to stay away from fried samosas and cheesy pizzas, but my joints definitely pay the price the next day. An anti-inflammatory diet is apparently great for arthritis, but it means saying goodbye to a lot of tasty junk. Guess health comes first!

Yes, absolutely! Eating omega-3 rich foods and fresh berries can really help calm down the inflammation. Try adding some flaxseeds to your daily yogurt, it is so good for joint health!

Look, diet can support your body, but it is not a magical cure for worn-out joints. Eat balanced, home-cooked food and lose some weight to reduce the pressure on your knees. Don't fall for expensive diet schemes, just stick to basics.

Haan, bilkul help karta hai. Jab maine oily aur bohot meetha khana band kiya, toh mere joints ki sujan kaafi kam ho gayi thi na. Simple daal-chawal aur ghee khana sabse badhiya hai body ko healthy rakhne ke liye.
