Can dental implants cause cancer?

I'm considering getting dental implants for a missing tooth, but my neighbour told me to be careful about new dental procedures. He mentioned some vague risks. I'm wondering, can dental implants actually cause cancer?

I was also frantically searching about this when my dad had to get an implant because anything foreign in the body sounds scary. But rest assured, titanium and zirconia implants are highly bio-compatible and do not cause cancer. It is completely safe, so please don't lose sleep over it.

I got my dental implants done almost ten years ago and they have caused absolutely no health issues. They are made of medical-grade titanium, which is the same material used for knee replacements. You can go ahead with the procedure without any fear.

Hey, don't worry, modern dental implants are thoroughly tested and safe. If you want to track your healing progress post-surgery, focus on monitoring your daily hydration and sleep quality on your smartwatch. It's all about smooth recovery.

There is no scientific link between dental implants and cancer. They are actually a great help in restoring chewing function so you can eat healthy, fibrous raw vegetables and fruits easily. Just make sure to get them done by a certified professional.
