Can align help with weight loss?

My cousin started taking Align probiotics and claims it helped her lose weight. I'm also looking for ways to shed a few kilos. Does Align really help with weight loss, or is it just a coincidence for her?

In my long life, I have realized that there are no shortcuts to weight loss, my child. Align is good for digestion and bloating, which might make your stomach feel lighter. But real weight loss only comes from a disciplined lifestyle and simple home food.

I am actually quite new to this and a bit confused. I heard Align is a probiotic for gut health, but does it really help with weight loss too? If anyone has tried it, could you please share your experience?

Please be careful. I once took random gut supplements hoping to lose weight and it severely messed up my stomach and caused painful cramps. Always consult a general physician or a certified nutritionist before starting any probiotic supplement.

Don't fall for marketing gimmicks, okay? Align is basically a probiotic meant to support your gut flora and help with bloating or IBS, not a fat burner. Focus on eating balanced meals, sleeping well, and don't stress yourself out trying to find a magic pill.

Haha, if probiotics like Align could make us slim, we'd all be thin just by drinking loads of curd! It's great for your stomach peace, but unfortunately, it won't melt away that biryani. You still have to do the actual workout, my friend!

Do not trust random internet claims saying probiotics cause weight loss. There is very limited scientific evidence for that. Align is meant strictly for digestive balance, so check with a doctor or registered dietitian before wasting your money.
