Are weight loss plateaus normal?

After actively working out and following a strict diet for three months, I lost a good amount of weight initially. Now, for the last two weeks, the scale hasn't moved at all, which is very discouraging. Is this kind of weight loss plateau normal?

Yes beta, they are absolutely normal and happen to everyone during a health journey. Your body is just adjusting to the new weight before losing more. Keep going with your healthy habits and have a little patience.

Yes, they are completely normal. Don't worry, almost everyone faces a plateau at some point.

Ho na, plateaus are very common, mere saath bhi aisa hi hua tha. For three weeks my weight didn't budge at all, but then it started dropping again. Don't lose hope, humari body thoda time leti hai change hone mein.

Aap bilkul chinta mat kijiye, ye sabke saath hota hai. Humara sharir thodi der ke liye thahar jata hai nayi aadat apnaane ke liye. Aap bas roz subah ghumna aur achha khana chalu rakhein, sab theek hoga.

I am experiencing this right now and was getting really worried that I was doing something wrong. How long does a normal plateau usually last before the weight starts dropping again?
