Are weight loss pills safe?

My family keeps pestering me to lose weight for my diabetes, and I'm really struggling with diet control. I've seen many ads for weight loss pills online, but I'm really worried if they are actually safe to consume and won't harm my health.

I actually took some prescribed pills under my endocrinologist's guidance recently to jumpstart my metabolism. They can be safe but only if a doctor prescribes them based on your medical history. Doing it on your own is extremely risky.

I got so scared when my heart rate shot up after trying some weight loss pills a few months ago. My doctor explained that many of these contain heavy caffeine and stimulants. Once I stopped them, everything went back to normal, so don't worry, just stop taking them and seek doctor advice.

Most over-the-counter slimming pills are just expensive laxatives that will upset your stomach. It is far better to prepare simple ghar ka khana with less oil and walk daily. It saves money and keeps your digestion healthy too.

Bro, some gym trainers try to sell these fat burner pills under the table. Honestly, they gave me bad anxiety and sleepless nights. I stopped immediately. Just stick to clean food and heavy lifting instead.

Honestly, trying to suppress your appetite with pills just makes you cranky. I tried some and ended up craving butter chicken even more! It's much safer and happier to eat what you love in moderate portions.

Haan na, ye pills bilkul safe nahi hote bina prescription ke. My friend got severe dehydration after trying some herbal diet pills. It is much better to eat small portions and go for a walk, health scale pe risk nahi lene ka.

Beta, please don't take any random pills you see on the internet or TV. Your kidneys and liver have to process all these chemicals. If you are struggling with weight, consult a genuine medical specialist who can guide you safely.
