Are walnuts good for weight loss?

Trying to lose some kgs, I've replaced unhealthy snacks with dry fruits. I often munch on walnuts, thinking they are good for health. Can they actually help with weight loss, or should I be careful about how many I eat?

They are great because they keep you full for longer, but remember they are very calorie-dense. As a vegetarian, I use them for healthy fats, but I never eat more than 4-5 a day.

Eating a few walnuts in the morning is a great natural way to curb appetite. But if you have sudden weight changes or thyroid issues, please get checked by a doctor first.

In our time, we ate simple home food and walked a lot. Walnuts are good for stamina and brain, and if you eat them instead of fried snacks, your weight will naturally stay managed.

Walnuts alone won't melt your fat, despite what internet 'gurus' tell you. Weight loss requires a calorie deficit. Ask a certified clinical dietician before changing your diet.

I use walnuts to manage my cholesterol and BP. They are good for weight too, but alongside this, regular BP checkups and a low-salt lifestyle are absolutely necessary.

My grandmother always said walnuts keep the body strong. However, my doctor advised keeping the portion size limited because of their high fat content. Balanced diet is key.

Keep a peaceful mind and nourish your body with what nature provides. Walnuts are a blessing for strength, just accept them in moderation as part of a clean lifestyle.
