For me, vivid dreams were literally the first sign before I even missed my period. I was dreaming about random things in crazy detail. But everyone's body behaves differently during this time.

Actually, hormonal shifts can totally mess with your sleep cycle, yaar. I had crazy wild dreams when my periods were delayed too. Just take a pregnancy test to be absolutely sure instead of guessing.

Arey, at my age, vivid dreams just mean I ate heavy paneer or biryani too late at night! But if you are young and expecting, it could very well be hormones. Better check with a test kit.
