Are there any supplements that help with weight loss?

I've been trying to lose weight, but it's been a slow process. Some of my colleagues at work swear by certain supplements. Are there any actual supplements that genuinely help with weight loss, or is it mostly marketing?

Haan na, weight loss ke liye supplements toh bahut milte hain market mein, but are they safe, ho na? Honestly, green tea extract or apple cider vinegar might help a little bit with metabolism. But without healthy food and walking, these supplements don't do much magic.

To be honest, supplements like L-carnitine or green coffee extract only give a tiny 2-3% boost. The real work is done by a calorie deficit and daily exercise. If your doctor allows, start with 45 minutes of brisk walking and some strength training daily, that will give you actual results.

In my sixty years, I have seen so many health trends come and go, my child. These fancy weight loss supplements are mostly marketing tricks. Real weight loss comes from home-cooked food, portion control, and regular morning walks. Don't waste your money on pills.

I struggled with weight loss for years until I got tested and found out I have hypothyroidism. No supplement will work if your hormones are unbalanced. Please get your thyroid profile checked and follow up with a doctor rather than trying random weight loss pills.

I log my food daily on health apps and use a smartwatch to track my active calories. There is no magic supplement for fat loss; some people use protein powders to preserve muscle, but that's about it. Focus on tracking your daily step count and maintaining a consistent calorie deficit.

I know how painful and frustrating it is when you desperately want to lose weight and nothing seems to work. I also fell into the trap of buying expensive 'magic' supplements out of desperation, but they only gave me anxiety and zero results. Please be gentle with yourself, weight loss is a slow journey.

Don't waste your hard-earned money on expensive fat burners that cost thousands of rupees. Instead, spend a small amount on basic thyroid and vitamin D blood tests to see if any deficiency is stopping your weight loss. A budget-friendly diet of dal, chawal, and local veggies is much more practical.
