Are tamales good for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose weight and want to make sure I'm eating healthy, diverse meals. I've heard about tamales, but I'm not sure about their nutritional value. Are tamales good for weight loss, or should I avoid them?

Our bodies respond beautifully to simple, light foods. Tamales are quite heavy and cooked with a lot of fats, so they may not assist you on your weight loss journey. Stay positive, focus on fresh foods, and take gentle care of your health.

I agree, they are too high in calorie density and fats for a diet. Stick to steamed idlis or sprouts instead.

As someone with thyroid, weight loss is already a huge struggle for me. Eating heavy foods like tamales makes it even worse. Make sure you get your thyroid levels checked regularly and plan your diet in close consultation with your doctor.

Listen, weight loss is a long journey and you don't need to eat heavy foods like tamales that will slow down your progress. Stick to simple, home-cooked dal and veggies. Take it one day at a time, you are doing great.

Don't believe fitness blogs claiming tamales are weight-loss friendly just because they are steamed. They are packed with lard and heavy corn dough. Consult a professional clinical dietitian to design a scientifically backed calorie-deficit diet for your body.

I tried eating tamales thinking they are healthy since they are steamed, but my weight loss stalled completely. Once I stopped eating them and stuck to grilled chicken and salads, I started losing weight again. Avoid them if you want quick results.

From a practical nutrition standpoint, tamales are very calorie-dense because of the corn flour and oil content. It is quite difficult to stay in a calorie deficit if you eat them regularly. Better to opt for high-protein meals that keep you full longer.

I totally get it, searching for tasty weight loss options is exhausting. But tamales are unfortunately loaded with hidden fats that can disrupt your calorie goals. Try making customized healthy wraps at home instead, they are much safer.

No chance, bro. Tamales are pure carb and fat bombs. If you are serious about cutting down fat, stay away from them and stick to your boiled eggs and oats.

They have too much oil and carbs, ho na. Weight loss ke liye simple khana hi sabse best hota hai. Tamales khane se weight control karna mushkil ho jayega, haan.
