Are rx bars good for weight loss?
My gym trainer suggested adding protein bars to my diet for weight loss. I saw these RX bars online, but I'm not sure if they are actually good for shedding kilos.

Honestly, you have to be very careful with these packaged bars. RX bars have dates which can spike your blood sugar real quick, even if it is natural sweetness. I always check the total carbs and sugar count before eating these, and usually, whole home-cooked food is much safer for weight management.
Beta, why rely on these packaged things from packets for your health? For reducing weight, a handful of roasted chana or dry fruits like badam are much better and pure. Try to eat fresh home-cooked meals, that is the best way since ages.
Listen bro, RX bars are decent because the ingredients are very clean, but they are quite calorie-dense. Don't stress too much about finding the perfect snack, just eat them in moderation. If you like the taste, go for it but don't overdo it!
They are technically healthy because there is no added sugar, but they still have around 200 calories per bar. If you aren't active enough to burn that, it won't help your weight loss. Keep an eye on your overall daily calorie intake, that's what actually works.

Please be careful with processed diet bars. I once blindly relied on these healthy snacks and ended up with severe gut issues and weight gain instead. It is always better to get a customized diet plan from a professional doctor or nutritionist who understands your body.
