Are quest protein chips good for weight loss?

I work out regularly and I'm trying to increase my protein intake while also keeping my calorie count in check for weight management. I've seen these Quest protein chips around. Are Quest protein chips a good snack for weight loss, especially post-workout?

Please don't fall for these internet fitness trends that promote heavily processed packed foods. Even if they are labeled 'protein chips', they contain preservatives and artificial ingredients. Always consult a certified dietitian before adding such things to your daily routine.

I used them during my gym cutting phase. They are actually decent for hitting your protein targets and satisfying chip cravings. But honestly, they are too expensive and real food like eggs or paneer is much better for weight loss.

I bought a few packets because I was desperate to find healthy snacks, but they felt a bit heavy on my stomach. Has anyone else felt bloated or had digestion issues after eating these protein chips?

They are a good option if you want a low-carb snack that keeps you full because of the protein content. Just try to eat them in moderation alongside your home-cooked meals. Wish you all the best.

Processed protein snacks can sometimes cause digestive distress or strain on kidneys if you have underlying issues. Before replacing natural food sources with these chips, get a basic blood panel done and consult your healthcare provider to ensure it's safe for you.
