Are quest chips good for weight loss?

I'm trying to cut down on unhealthy snacking but I really miss crunchy chips. I spotted some 'Quest Chips' at a store claiming to be low-carb and high-protein. Are Quest Chips a good option for someone trying to lose weight, or are they just another processed snack?

Listen, if you are trying to lose weight, stop looking for healthy versions of junk food like chips. Quest chips might have protein, but they are still packaged items. Eat boiled chana or roasted makhana instead; it is much better for you.

As a diabetic, I always look at the carb content of everything. Quest chips are low in carbs and high in protein, which is good for avoiding blood sugar spikes. However, they are still processed food, so don't make them a daily habit.

Don't blindly trust internet trends and processed 'diet' snacks for weight loss. Many packaged products contain processed proteins and artificial additives that can upset your digestion. It is always best to discuss your dietary changes with a qualified nutritionist.

They can definitely help satisfy that evening snacking urge without breaking your diet goals. But remember, real weight loss happens when you stick to fresh home-cooked meals. Use these only as an occasional treat.

Honestly, I am too tired from night shifts to even cook, so I bought these to snack on at 2 AM. They are high in protein which is fine, but my wallet is definitely losing more weight than me at this price!

I just saw these online and they are a bit costly. Do they actually taste like normal potato chips, or do they have a weird protein powder taste? I am a bit hesitant to order them.

Haan, they are actually pretty decent if you are craving that salty crunch, na. They have around 19g of protein which is crazy for chips. But they are quite expensive, so maybe keep them only for weekends.
